What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans
• Track progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with patients in their own environments

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current and valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
