He/She monitors and audits security policies and procedures, assists with the conduction of investigations, and aids in ensuring compliance with government regulations. This position inspects physical assets (e.g., buildings, vehicles, etc.) to identify potential security issues and reviews service failure reports to identify employee dishonesty incidents and procedural breakdowns. He/She investigates losses, compliance violations, and possible criminal activity. This position presents investigation findings to management and government agencies to ensure appropriate incident responses.Responsibilities:Audits quality and integrity policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Monitors employee disciplinary data. Analyzes investigation results and the root cause of losses to determine preventive measures. Analyzes research and surveillance data, interviews investigation subjects to obtain written incident statements, and prepares accurate and thorough case files. Develops customized security procedures for external customers.Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans.Conducts performance evaluations and resolves individual and group performance issues. The base pay for this position ranges from $82,140.00/year to $133,500.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
