Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift heavy furniture consistently.
• Make sure all imported frames and parts are set up for production.
• Monitor staging area to ensure that complete acknowledgements are set up for production.
• Monitor the flow of product to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure smooth production flow.
• Work with builders on resolving adjustments or repairs.
• In the absence of a coach, will assume a leadership role to maintain production and quality level.
• Attends daily meetings to facilitate rush/problem orders.
• Maintains neat and orderly workstation.
• Ensure area has needed supplies.
• Wear the required safety glasses, work shoes and other PPE as defined for work area, work safely and report unsafe conditions to Dept. Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
