Role Responsibilities

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans that facilitate the achievement of their functional objectives

• Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic, comprehensive care

• Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to ensure patients remain on their road to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to continuing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
