Civil Foreman Opportunity Join our team! Finish Excavating is looking for a qualified civil foreman to join our tower division. Founded in 1994, we are an experienced contractor operating within the telecommunications industry. This is a travel position, with flexible scheduling and an available sign on bonus. The foreman will also be responsible for other employees on site. This requires strict attention to detail, as well as being able to meet the physical demands that come with the job.
