CSI Tech is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician with MSP (Managed Service Provider) or TSP (Technology Service Provider) experience supporting multiple client environments. This is a hybrid position offering flexible scheduling, paid certifications, professional development, and a clear path for growth within the organization.

Compensation is based on experience level and tier placement.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support to multiple client environments
• Participate in delegated project work and escalations as needed
• Determine the best solution based on customer needs, technical requirements, and business impact
• Create and maintain accurate documentation, ticket notes, and time entries
• Perform remote workstation, server, and network administration and maintenance
• Follow up with clients and provide clear, professional status updates
• Deliver occasional on-site support when required

Candidate Requirements

• Strong personal interest in technology and continuous learning
• MSP or TSP experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously is required
• Internal corporate IT experience alone does not satisfy this requirement
• Demonstrated success in a similar role within an MSP environment
• Proven understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and modern business technology platforms
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently while recognizing when escalation is appropriate
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to documented processes
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within a professional ticketing system
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server
• WatchGuard experience is a plus
• Kaseya and Datto product experience is a plus
