## MillwrightPostulerlocations: Union Bridge, MDtime type: Temps pleinposted on: Offre publiée aujourd'huijob requisition id: JR10017223Line of Business: Cement & White**Job Summary:** Heidelberg Materials is seeking a skilled Millwright to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on plant equipment and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. **Job Responsibilities:** \* Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including but not limited to conveyors, crushers, mills, kilns, and packaging equipment. \* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions. \* Perform preventative maintenance checks and inspections, replacing worn parts and making necessary adjustments to optimize equipment performance. \* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide maintenance and repair activities. \* Operate various hand and power tools, as well as specialized diagnostic and repair equipment. \* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and working at heights. \* Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). \* Collaborate with production personnel and other maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize plant operations. \* Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of new technologies and equipment. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Job Qualifications:** \* High School Diploma or GED required. \* Completion of an accredited industrial maintenance apprenticeship program or equivalent vocational training preferred. \* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a heavy manufacturing or cement plant environment. \* Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. \* Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and procedures. \* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. \* Basic computer literacy for CMMS data entry. \* Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. \* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs and ladders, and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, dust).The successful candidate may be required to pass a mechanical aptitude test, and will be required to complete the OJT program. Internal and External training will be required. Initial OJT Training will be done on day shift.Pay Rate: $32.38 #J-18808-Ljbffr
