Sr. Director, US Manufacturing - SM

Senior Director leading US manufacturing operations for BD's Specimen Management business across two sites. Responsible for plant performance, cost improvement, capacity planning, talent development, and deployment of global supply chain strategies.
Responsibilities
- Direct manufacturing operations and SQDC performance across two US production sites
- Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategy aligned with business unit objectives
- Lead capacity planning, network optimization, and long-term manufacturing strategy
- Build talent pipeline and drive organizational capability development across locations
- Oversee inventory management, cost improvement initiatives, and customer service performance
Requirements
- Experience leading large complex matrixed manufacturing organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy and operational excellence
- Track record with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation
- Strong people leadership skills with focus on talent development and culture building
- Knowledge of quality, safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance requirements
- Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
