Contract | Days | Expected 35 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
