•Offer a range of outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures 
•Current ENT works with a PA and an audiologist 
•Typical schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office and surgeries Wednesday and Friday
•10 days of call/month
•Competitive base salary + RVU bonus structure
