Server/Bartender - Part Time
Grafton Winery | 21028 Eckert Orchard Rd
Join the vibrant team at Grafton Winery, where you will have the opportunity to work in a beautiful rural setting. As a part-time Server/Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality team, providing exceptional service to our guests and creating memorable experiences. Primarily Saturday and Sunday hours. We close at 6pm both days, except for weddings and special events. If you have a passion for people and a commitment to high hospitality standards, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service while taking orders and serving beverages and food.
- Upscale Environment: Ensure that guests enjoy their experience in our scenic winery setting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Schedule
- Part-time position, typically Saturday & Sundays, with hours from 11am to 6pm.
