Lead Consultant – SPS CommerceEmployer: SPS Commerce Inc.Job Location: 333 South Seventh Street, Suite 1000, Minneapolis, MN 55402 – 95% telecommute allowed.Job Type: Full Time.Rate of Pay: $127,421 per year (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, etc.)DutiesAnalyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Enable new business through integration solutions. Provide business and technical consulting to business partners as they build solutions enabling seamless integration across the SPS Commerce network and various ERP systems. Document and validate customer business requirements. Configure or customize applications to meet requirements. Conduct sessions with customers over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings, and provide status updates. May direct project work of other technical resources. Work closely with key solution stakeholders, including the Project Manager, technology and support teams, customer delivery teams, and solution partners. Consult clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand business objectives. Track progress of implementation projects and ensure deadlines are met. Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of project completion.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and six years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the relevant field or any occupation where required experience was gained.At least one year of experience in each of the following: customer implementation, solution testing and EDI in a high-volume data processing environment; ERP or eCommerce standard business practices; creating or designing organizational and systems processes documentation such as customer-specific solution recommendations or EDI Order to Cash process flows; ANSI X12 EDI documents such as 850, 855, 856, or 810; AS2, SFTP, FTP protocols, processes, and setup; data mapping and coding in various file formats such as XML, APP, CSV, Flat File or X12.Can telecommute 95% of time.Seniority LevelMid–Senior level.J-18808-Ljbffr SPS Commerce
