What You'll Do

As a Remote Family Protection Consultant , you'll help clients understand available benefits and make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

Connect with Clients Virtually

• Conduct scheduled appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and questions
• Provide a professional and personalized virtual experience

Educate & Guide Families

• Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
• Review available coverage and answer client questions
• Present information clearly, accurately, and professionally
• Help clients identify solutions appropriate for their needs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after enrollment
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication
• Assist existing clients with benefit and policy questions
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Build trust through professionalism, integrity, and reliable service

Qualified Client Opportunities
