A global leader in aftermarket air-suspension products is hiring Assemblers to join their production team in Merritt Island, FL. Assemblers will build air-suspension components by following simple work orders and visual, step-by-step instructions in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. In Building B, employees work in a new manufacturing facility at standing workstations, assembling products with hand and power tools, applying stickers, and loading finished components into boxes. In Building C, employees work in a remanufacturing warehouse, disassembling used products and rebuilding them using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, with opportunities to grow into the paint department, crimper department, quality control, or machine operator positions. Shifts include a first shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional additional hours on Friday). The work is hands-on, requires standing for extended periods, and involves repetitive tasks in a production-focused environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
