Description

The Assistant Purchasing Administrator plays a critical support role helping ensure construction projects run efficiently through accurate

purchasing, vendor coordination, contract administration, and invoice management.

Qualifications Skills

• Experience with Purchasing & Procurement process
• Purchase Order Experience
• Invoice Management
• Vendor Coordination
• Data Entry Contract Change Orders (CCO's)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects, purchase orders, invoices, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Procore, and Nitro Pro is preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related

field is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clarita, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
