WellSpan Health is growing our behavioral health services and hiring a Family Based Therapist in Lancaster, PA! Family Based Services at WellSpan are delivered in the home and community , meeting families at times most convenient for them and in ways that strengthen relationships, build resilience, and promote long‑term stability. This is meaningful work that truly supports families where they are. As one of the most comprehensive providers of mental health services in southern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland for more than 65 years, we offer:

Minimum Education:

Master's Degree required in psychology, marriage and family counseling or human service-related field required. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Work Experience:

Two years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Driver's License Statement:

Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
