Location : Jeffersonville, IN | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $17.31/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

• Schedule (2nd Shift):

• Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• ROLE IMPACT

Help ensure prescription orders are accurately packed, sorted, and shipped to retail pharmacies and customers in a fast-paced, climate-controlled distribution environment. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, productivity, teamwork, and adherence to standard operating procedures while supporting safe and efficient operations.

• Pack, sort, and ship prescription orders accurately using established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Read computer-generated work instructions and select the correct items for packing and sorting.

• Operate company-supported warehouse hardware and software to complete daily production tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with additional operational duties as assigned.

• Work overtime when required to meet business needs.

• Requirement's

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to accurately read work instructions, perform basic math, and follow standard operating procedures.

• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds, stand and walk throughout the shift, and safely perform warehouse tasks.

Equipment & Work Environment

• Climate-controlled, semi-automated production environment.

• Regular lifting of 20–30 pounds and movement of merchandise throughout the shift.

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and carrying items over short distances.

• Cross-training provided across multiple workstations.

Preferred Skills

• Previous pharmacy or distribution experience.

• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.

• Dependable team player who stays on task in a fast-paced environment.
