Business Analyst - Project Lead Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid) Role Overview The Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between DPH program areas and Information Technology development teams. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and converting them into clear, actionable specifications. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. To be considered candidates must have the following: 3+ Years of Experience in State Government Public Health Departments.6+ Years of Experience with Building test cases and scenarios into test systems.6+ Years of Experience with D365 Dynamics, Azure Power Platform of tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes. Convert business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications. Create process flows, data mappings, and functional documentation. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and feasible. Support user acceptance testing by developing test cases and validating results. Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with developing documentation and training materials for end users. Required Qualifications 3+ Years of Experience in State Government Public Health Departments. 6+ Years of Experience with Building test cases and scenarios into test systems. 6+ Years of Experience with D365 Dynamics, Azure Power Platform of tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). 6+ Years of Experience with O365 products and Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, Teams, .
