Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Email

Lead Email Marketing That Drives Customer Engagement and Business Results. We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Email to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our enterprise email marketing programs. This role is focused primarily on email marketing while partnering across web, social, sales, and customer engagement channels to create seamless customer experiences. You'll leverage marketing automation technology, audience insights, and performance analytics to build campaigns that move customers through the funnel and generate measurable impact. What You'll Do Own the enterprise email marketing channel and campaign execution Build and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies Execute campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar platforms Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement Develop and execute testing strategies to improve engagement and conversion Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and compliance teams Support integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels Mentor junior marketing team members Continuously improve campaign processes and operational efficiency What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree 4–6 years of digital marketing, email marketing, or campaign management experience Strong marketing automation platform experience Knowledge of audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing Experience analyzing campaign performance and delivering insights Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge preferred Benefits American National offers a comprehensive benefits package supporting employees’ health, financial security, and well‑being, including multiple medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, basic life insurance, and health savings accounts.
