Logan Demyon - State Farm Agency, located in Ridgeley, WV has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Representative. We are an award winning State Farm agency focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team. • Must be able to obtain an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Ridgeley, WV. This is an in-office position.

Potential Salary: $45,000 - $65,000+ | Uncapped Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support growth goals.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
