Job Category : Direct Care (200) Requisition Number : DIREC005386 Posted : May 28, 2026 Full-Time On-site Hourly Range : $21 USD to $23.10 USD Rate : $21 USD per hour Location 255 Dakota Ave, Bay Shore, NY 11706, USA Shifts Available: 3‑day work weeks – 7am‑7pm or 7pm‑7am, with both AM and Overnight shifts. Our 12‑hour shifts allow for full‑time work and up to 16 days off per month, requiring one weekend day per week. Weekend shifts earn premium pay (one and a half times hourly rate).
