We work with iconic brands such as DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, etc. Job Overview As an HR Generalist, you’ll support our local team on‑site, providing full HR support and driving employee engagement. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day HR support including onboarding/offboarding, engagement, development, timekeeping, safety initiatives. Recruit hourly employees via multiple methods, screen candidates, schedule interviews. Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations in partnership with HR Manager. Promote HR programs to create an efficient, conflict‑free workplace. Ensure adherence to organization‑specific HR policies and procedures; act as liaison regarding policies. Drive employee engagement through communication, events and activities. Promote strong relationships with community and corporate citizenship initiatives. Support timekeeping and payroll for salaried and hourly staff. Prepare reports and metrics to measure HR effectiveness. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in multinational or distribution/logistics environment. Preferred fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law. Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment. Salary The salary range for this position is $56,000.00–$90,200.00 annually, based on experience and location.
