As a Medication Aide/Med Tech, you ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity.What You'll Do:Administer medications and treatments per physician ordersFollow the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationDocument in MAR/TAR accurately and in real timeObserve residents during and after medication passesMonitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom reliefReport refusals or concerns promptlyComplete narcotic counts per policyMaintain clean, organized medication carts and roomsFollow infection control and safety standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GED; age 18+Medication Administration certificationCPR and First Aid certificationStrong documentation and communication skillsSenior care experience preferredMedication Aide / Med Tech – Deliver Safe, Accurate Medication Care for Our ResidentsPay Range: 21.60 - 27.05Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
