Schedule Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in critical situations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and the ability to effectively assess patient needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to function well under pressure. Responsibilities Identify and intervene in life-threatening situations. Provide quality patient care in the ED setting. Assess and implement safety protocols for patients and staff. Assume charge nurse duties when required. Recognize and address safety issues using appropriate patient handling techniques. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current NYS RN license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Experience with MEDITECH is necessary. Travel experience is required. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Critical care and charge experience preferred. IV, medication, and phlebotomy certifications must be obtained during orientation. Why ARMStaffing?
