What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville.
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers.
• Work autonomously with support from in-house neonatologists and on-call backup.
• Participate in a team-oriented, high-quality neonatal care environment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and neonatal care standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives.

What You Need:

• Valid Florida APRN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of neonatal or critical care experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and intervention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
