About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the warm, welcoming voice and face of our dealership. You will support our commercial fleet customers by ensuring every interaction is exceptional and leaves a lasting positive impression.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with questions, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication.
- Support Service Advisors with administrative and customer service needs.
- Coordinate information between customers, advisors, and technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Create a positive, organized, customer-first environment in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
- Automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
