Identity Engineer

Identity Engineer Architect, deploy, and operate complex zero‑trust and data‑centric security environments across DoW clients in the Indo‑Pacific. Provide resilient and secure identity, credential, and entitlement management systems, policies, and processes. Responsible for ICAM, PAM, and non‑person entity identities, including OT/machine identities and identity for AI agents. Interface with key stakeholders, internal delivery and engineering teams, and cybersecurity professionals to assure resilient data‑centric environments. Mentor storage engineers to grow into tomorrow’s data architects. Qualifications 8+ years designing, deploying, and configuring identity management solutions. Experience with a vendor such as Microsoft, Ping, SailPoint, or CyberArk. Experience in virtual environment management such as VMware solutions. Experience with hybrid networks and edge technologies. Experience documenting and diagramming technical architectures. Secret clearance. High school diploma or GED. Nice to Have Qualifications Experience working in federal, DoW, or IC agency environments. Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems. Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering. Certifications such as CIMP, CIMC, CIGE, Microsoft IAAA, Azure IAM, or Red Hat. Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The range reflects the typical salary for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.
