About the Role
Marlborough Endo is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endodontist to join our growing, multi-specialty dental organization in Marlborough, MA . This role offers strong referral flow, modern operatories, and full clinical support—allowing you to focus exclusively on endodontic care without administrative burden.
This is an excellent opportunity for an endodontist seeking high clinical volume, schedule flexibility, and competitive compensation in a well-supported, clinician-focused environment.
Schedule & Location
- Location: Marlborough Endo – Marlborough, MA
- Schedule: Flexible (3–5 days per week)
- Full-Time: Strongly preferred; part-time considered
- Flexible scheduling consistent with a 1099 model
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases of the pulp and periapical tissues
- Perform routine and complex root canal therapy, including retreatments
- Utilize advanced endodontic technology (CBCT available)
- Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialty providers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high quality standards

- Ability to manage a high-volume specialty schedule efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with referring general dentists and specialty teams
- Commitment to high standards of patient care, documentation, and clinical quality
