Location : Remote during contract | Must be local to Cincinnati, OH upon conversion Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire Duration : 6-12 month initial contract Compensation : $55-$65/hour W2, equivalent to ~$114,400-$135,200/year 1099/C2C Rate : $65-$75/hour, equivalent to ~$135,200-$156,000/year Benefits : Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match up to 4%, and accrued PTO for eligible W2 employees Start : ASAP Interview Process : 2-3 rounds, all virtual About the Role Our client, a Fortune 25 organization, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to develop leadership training that prepares managers to effectively lead, communicate, and collaborate across a Global Capabilities Center environment. This is more than traditional eLearning. The right person will bring strong instructional design expertise, leadership development experience, and the ability to support organizational change through clear, engaging, business-aligned learning solutions. What You’ll Do Design leadership development curriculum for managers partnering with a Global Capabilities Center Build instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences Develop eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, videos, and quick-reference materials Partner with HR, Organizational Change Management, Communications, and business leaders Conduct needs assessments and translate business goals into practical learning solutions Support leaders in understanding cultural collaboration, communication norms, and global operating models Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 5-10+ years of instructional design experience Strong background in leadership development Experience supporting organizational transformations or large-scale change initiatives Ability to design learning that supports communication, adoption, and leadership behavior changeStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills Experience supporting offshore teams or Global Capability Centers in India, Mexico, Eastern Europe, or similar regions is a strong plus Preferred Tools & Platforms Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise Microsoft 365 and SharePoint LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, or similar systems Why This Role Stands Out High-impact leadership development work supporting a major global business transformation Opportunity to build practical training for leaders working in a global operating model Remote flexibility during the contract period Contract-to-hire path with potential long-term opportunity in Cincinnati Competitive W2 and 1099/LLC compensation options #J-18808-Ljbffr Gentis Solutions
