What You’ll Do As a Caregiver, you’ll help our residents feel comfortable, supported, and at home. Responsibilities include: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living Provide compassionate one-on-one assistance and emotional support Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Follow each resident’s individualized plan of care Observe and report changes in a resident’s condition Document care provided during your shift Encourage residents to participate in activities and community programs Work closely with nursing and other team members to provide excellent resident care Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For A caring, positive attitude and genuine desire to work with seniors Dependability and strong teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or GED CNA certification preferred CPR/First Aid certification if required Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist residents with transfers and mobility Ready for a Fresh Start?
