Location: Funded work at both sites through August 2028 Tucson, AZ (1) RELO: Local candidates preferred; $150/day per diem if not local + everyone gets a company car / gas card Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm – want someone who can go on site 4-5 days a week $120k-$160k Job Description Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives across Texas and Arizona. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review and markups Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed using HeavyBid/HeavyJob Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout Must-Haves 5–8 + years of experience working as a construction Project Manager Experience working with a General Contractor or an Electrical, Civil, Steel, Mechanical, or Structural Subcontractor Must have experience overseeing self-perform work - any scope of trade works Experience managing projects valued over $15m in budget Federal construction project experience: CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, AF, DOT, city/state, municipal construction Proficiency with MS Project (scheduling), bluebeam, or heavybid/heavyjob, or relevant project management software Experience managing project cost controls and financials Plusses Design-Build project experience Construction related certifications and degrees Experience supporting border, security, or infrastructure projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
