What You’ll Do As The Support Services Manager Oversee daily operations for facilities, maintenance, purchasing, fleet management, and agency support services. Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, contracts, and vendor relationships. Lead facility maintenance, renovations, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement projects. Supervise and develop support services staff while promoting safety, accountability, and teamwork. Coordinate agency-wide risk management, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership and department managers to improve operational efficiency and support strategic goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, and facility standards. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience; facilities, purchasing, procurement, construction, or risk management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, project management, facilities operations, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing vendor relationships, capital projects, and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
