If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesServe as central point of contact for ingesting client requestsCoordinate between client, advisor, and additional support teams to execute & track against client requestsCommunicate with clients daily, addressing their day-to-day needs in an articulate and professional mannerSupport data input for client prospectingSchedule meetings between advisory team & clientsInput client and advisor requests into Salesforce, track completionRetrieve and distribute client statements, tax documents, or other reportsGenerate portfolio reportsComplete required paperworkOpen accounts for existing clientsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3-5 years' experienceExperience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite (competency or ability to learn quickly)Customer service background preferredExcellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requestsAble to work independentlyEnjoy being part of a teamMust be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm mattersCompetenciesDetail orientationService orientationAction orientationCommunicationResponsivenessFollow-throughThis position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
