Driving the commercial success of the PDX product portfolio, the full-time Regional Product Manager will oversee product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer engagement across the United States and Canada, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance market share and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute North American product strategies aligned with global objectives and market needs Lead regional product launches and commercialization initiatives while monitoring performance metrics Act as a key customer-facing representative, gathering insights and supporting customer onboarding and implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial strategy within life sciences or healthcare Experience launching and commercializing products in the United States and/or Canada Knowledge of reimbursement, laboratory economics, and healthcare market dynamics preferred Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
