Parking Ambassador

Job Purpose:Perform a variety of tasks to ensure a quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility that exceeds our customer/clients expectations. Depending on the needs of the location the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts (if needed).Principal Responsibilities:Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces.Control traffic at entrances, exits, and/or on an assigned level of the parking deck, as needed.Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessarySafe First! Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.All other duties as assigned.Skills/Qualifications:At least 18 years of ageExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to verbally communicate with guestsPrevious customer service experience preferredAble to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able and willing to working outside in all elements (heat, rain, snow, cold).Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision60 day waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligiblePTO accrualUniform Provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
