We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will have previous AP experience, strong computer skills, and experience working with ADP software. Knowledge of sales tax returns is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with sales tax reporting and returns when needed
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Perform general administrative and office duties

Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience using ADP preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge of sales tax returns is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday
• Flexible schedule: 30–40 hours per week
• Starting pay: $13/hour
