This role supports pharmacy operations, automated dispensing systems, and medication workflows across clinical departments.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare and dispense unit dose and stock medicationsFill and distribute oral and IV medications accurately and efficientlyMaintain automated dispensing systems (ADS)Process and triage medication ordersSupport inventory management and medication storageEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standardsCollaborate with pharmacists and clinical staffMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDActive Oregon Pharmacy Technician license or certificationMinimum 1 year pharmacy experience in a healthcare setting OR 2 years hospital pharmacy experience if not PTCB certifiedPreferred QualificationsPharmacy Technician program completionPTCB certificationExperience with automated dispensing machines (ADMs)Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systemsSterile compounding certification (if applicable)What You Can ExpectStable hospital-based pharmacy environmentHands-on clinical support roleCollaborative healthcare team
