Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations!**Job Summary:**Caterpillar's Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Program Specialist (Project Management) on our Large Electric Power team located in Griffin, GA. In this role, the Program Specialist will manage a portfolio of high visibility programs and projects for key end customers and dealers and be responsible for end-to-end project planning and successful project execution.**What you will do:**- Requires experience in Project Management tools and processes, and ability to: facilitate projects, lead critical meetings, develop / validate network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions.- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team.- Managing all aspects of the project portfolio.
