Machine Operator I

Job Details Job Location: Marshfield, WI 54449, Job Category: Manufacturing, Pay and Shift Pay: $25.11, $1.10 shift differential 2nd Shift: 6pm-6am 2 on 2 off 3 15 days a month with 2 weekends. Time and a half on all non scheduled days requested/volunteered regardless of hours. General Duties Operate motorized equipment (I.E forklift, KVAL lifts, etcetera) as needed. Read and follow sizing instructions and quality check with tape measure. Set up and adjust equipment to sizing specifications, understand drawings, change heads and other tools. Miscellaneous duties include basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance and station keeping. Supports other team members through collaboration and communication. Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures. Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications One year of manufacturing experience. Highschool diploma or GED. Willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day). Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day.) Push/Pull up to 100lbs with assistance (up to 13% in an 8-hour day.) Be comfortable standing in place for extended times.
