Overview

Asset Management Associate Analyst helps maintain the technology inventory for the hospital. Under the guidance of IT Asset Management leadership this role assists with asset management control procedures and policies and is responsible for maintaining an accurate picture of current and deployed inventory. Associate Analyst evaluates tickets and emails received to ensure prompt customer service and support end users with requests for IT technology assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitors tickets emails and requests related to technology inventory and related issues to resolve issues.
• Supports the maintenance of accurate technology inventory from procurement to retirement.
• Provides support for the IT asset management team operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training or
• HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience in inventory warehouse systems technology asset management or related roles.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $21.72/hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
