Entry-Level Remote Healthcare Claims Intake Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Healthcare Claims Intake Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping healthcare organizations process and route incoming claims data. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys accuracy and administrative work in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Review, scan, and upload incoming claims documentation
- Enter claim details into internal systems
- Ensure all data is complete and accurate before submission
- Communicate with providers to resolve missing information
- Follow HIPAA and claims processing guidelines
