Customer service rep

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the upcoming peak season (October through January). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound call support, helping customers place orders, navigate our eCommerce platform, and troubleshoot routine system access issues. work hours: 11 AM - 8 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer phone calls (scaling from ~500 to ~700 calls/month as proficiency grows).
• Assist customers with placing new product orders and modifying existing orders in the PROOF system.
• Provide real-time support for eCommerce shoppers experiencing online ordering or checkout issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and system access requests, including password resets.
• Accurately log customer interactions and enter case data using Salesforce and AS400.
