Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- 3-4 Years of restaurant experience.
- TBAC or other state certification to serve alcohol.
- Basic Experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Positive and uplifting personality
- Elevated leadership skills
A Day in the Life
You will have up to 50 team members under your wing. You will set the pace and ensure everyone feels valued. You will oversee all operations inside the restaurant and supervise the execution of the HHC brand daily, including customer service, food quality, communication, labor, ordering, inventory, and growing sales.
