Compensation Rate: $20-$24/HR

Job Requirements | Ideal candidates will have:
A reliable vehicle with insurance and a valid driver’s license
(Some clients may require transportation; mileage is reimbursed)
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test results from within the past 12 months
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Specialty: Non-Medical Home Care
Caregiver Responsibilities**
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and oral hygiene.
Provide companionship and emotional support, including conversation, activities, reading, or accompanying clients on outings.
Prepare meals and snacks, provide medication reminders and report medication-related concerns.
Help clients with mobility (i.e., walking, transferring between a bed and chair, etc.)
Assist with light housekeeping, such as laundry, dishes, changing linens, vacuuming, etc.
Run errands and provide transportation or accompaniment to appointments, shopping, etc.
Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the care coordinator.
Maintain a safe home environment and identify potential fall or safety hazards.
Communicate professionally with clients, family members, nurses, case managers, and supervisors.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and report incidents
