This role ensures accurate drink preparation, maintains bar cleanliness, promotes responsible alcohol service, and contributes to a welcoming and efficient bar environment.# COMPENSATION $4.00- $7.50# # JOB DESCRIPTION**Job Title**: Bartender**Department:** Food & Beverage**Supervision Exercised:** None**Supervision Received:** Assistant F&B Manager / F&B Manager**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****Education*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).**Experience*** Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.* Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.**Skills & Knowledge*** Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.* Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.* Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.* Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.**Job Duties & Responsibilities*** Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.* Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.* Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.* Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.* Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.* Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures.* Assist with bar opening and closing duties.* Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.* Perform additional duties as assigned by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
