The primary purpose of this contract is to ensure that the Department of the Air Force (DAF), Department of War (DoW), and External Partner Agencies maintain cutting-edge Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities that are secure, interoperable, and efficient. The contractor will provide comprehensive support and innovative solutions that enable the continuous evolution and enhancement of M&S systems, ensuring that the DAF and DoD can effectively prepare for and execute their missions with the highest level of readiness and lethality.This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer an active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.In this role, you will:Support AF/A35E with implementing and integrating OTTI and Air Force policy and guidance regarding live training ranges and range systems.Provides operational insight and assists in the development and prioritization of requirements, strategy development, capability assessments, analysis of alternatives, documentation development and analysis.Makes recommendations and implements opportunities to mitigate risk.To be successful in this role, you will have:An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.A U.S. Citizenship.A Bachelor's degree in relevant field.12 Years of relevant experience.The ability to travel up to 10%.Additional desired experience and skills:Master's degree preferredIf you are interested in supporting and working with our Air Force and airmen and a dedicated Serco team, then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
