Job Opportunity at Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL)The Property Office at Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is looking to hire a detailed and proactive student to assist with shipping and receiving functions of the laboratory.Key Responsibilities:Assists with shipping and receiving—this includes the functions of shipping and receiving, material handling and packaging, inventory management, and record keepingProcesses, delivers, and picks up incoming and outgoing mailMaintains mail distribution boxes throughout SDL's campusData entryOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Must be a Utah State University studentMust have at least one year of school remainingMust be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summerMust have a strong work ethic, dedication, and sense of ownership in their job, and be self-directed/motivatedMust have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity toolsMust possess a valid U.S. driver's licenseMust be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearancePhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. safelyStudent Scholar Program: SDL provides unique opportunities for student employees to develop real-world experience and knowledge beyond the classroom through our Student Scholar Program.
