ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in retail sales with Nordstrom and gained extensive leadership experience managing multiple teams. My background in leadership and customer service helped shape the supportive, relationship-focused culture weve built in the office today.

I attended school in Oregon and had the opportunity to study abroad in Japan, which gave me a broader perspective and appreciation for different experiences and people. Im married with two children, and family is a major priority in my life. Our agency stays involved locally by sponsoring community events throughout the year and building strong relationships within the area we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Catherine Sing Chow - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
