We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.Key Responsibilities:Accurately enter and review data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.Collect data from various sources, including physical documents, digital files, and emails.Ensure all data is entered in the correct format and aligned with company guidelines.Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.Perform regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.Maintain and update databases with current and accurate information.Maintain detailed records of all data entry activities.Ensure all documents and files are organized and stored securely.Create and update reports based on data entered.Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify data.Respond to data-related queries from internal teams and clients.Escalate issues or inconsistencies to the appropriate team for resolution.Handle sensitive data with professionalism and discretion as well as company policies and regulatory standards.Suggest and implement improvements to reduce errors and increase speed.Stay updated on new data entry tools and best practicesBasic Qualifications:Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSpecific Qualifications:Prior experience in mortgage servicing, loan documentation, or legal/authorization processing is preferredFamiliarity with MSP Explorer / Black Knight strongly preferredCompetent with Google Sheets, email handling, and documentation workflowsStrong attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceFinal Paragraph:If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values your skills and expertise, we want to hear from you.
