Job Title: Production / Industrial WorkerSchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.15 per hourJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Production / Industrial Worker to join our team. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively, and follow all safety procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty physical tasks involving frequent standing and walking
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• Operate around moving mechanical parts and heavy machinery safely
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to exert:
  • Up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Up to 25 pounds of force frequently
  • Up to 10 pounds of force constantly
